- How does the free trial work?
- You get 14 days to try any plan with full features. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose a plan or your account pauses (your data is safe).
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer ACH bank transfer and annual invoicing.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
- What are the payment processing fees?
- Our fees are on top of Stripe's standard fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). Stripe fees go to Stripe; our fees are how we keep the lights on. Higher plans get lower platform fees.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fees for Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise plans may include custom onboarding services priced separately based on your needs.
- Can I get a refund?
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, but we don't prorate partial months.
